How do I schedule a showing?
All of our homes are self-showings. When you find a home you’d like to tour, submit an interest form and we’ll send you the instructions and next available times to tour—easy, flexible, and on your schedule. Please don’t visit a home without confirmation and self-showing instructions.
What do I need before applying?
To keep things moving, we recommend having your household details ready plus basic documentation like photo ID and proof of income. If you’re working with a housing program, have your voucher/eligibility info available so we can confirm fit and guide you through program-specific steps.
