was founded in 2019 with the goal of helping families break the cycle of poverty by providing high-quality homes in High Opportunity Neighborhoods (HON’s) for Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher holders. For many of these voucher holders, it is challenging to find willing landlords given misperceptions and stereotypes about their qualities as tenants. We believe that this perception is fundamentally misguided and these tenants are undervalued.
